I wasn’t registered with a vet, but Karen, who answered my call was kind and understanding, she managed to get me in on the day for my elderly cat. The vet (Gerard? Sorry if I’ve just renamed you) was amazing with her. She’s showing signs of improvement today 🙏🏻 I’m so glad I randomly selected Medivet. Thank you

I've not been with Medivet Thorpe long but my experience so far has been brilliant. The team are all lovely and Christina has gone above and beyond to help my wee girl. The vets here actually take the time to listen and really work with you which was something I didn't get at our previous vet practice. I'm glad we changed vets to here!

Really friendly place. Reception friendly and wait time just few minutes. Kid friendly place. Well informed consultation. All my questions were answered. Glad that I chose this surgery. Kitten was calm and comfortable under doctor’s hands. I can only recommend.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible care our Chihuahua, Roscoe, received yesterday. From the moment we walked in, the staff made us feel welcome and reassured. The veterinarian was compassionate, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable—Roscoe was treated like a member of their own family. What really stood out was the time they took to explain everything clearly and kindly, without ever making us feel rushed. Roscoe can be a little nervous, but he was so calm in their hands—it was amazing to see! The level of professionalism combined with true empathy and warmth made a stressful situation so much easier.
