Omg what can I say? This surgery is amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else.The atmosphere as soon as you walk in is calm, welcoming and super friendly. The staff are like one big family and your made to feel included in that family. We were kept up to date throughout Thai's surgery and when she gave the staff a little fright during recovery we were told what was happening and again reasured. We knew Thai was in the best possible hands. The Vet was amazing throughout the procedure and when Thai went for her post op check with another vet the next day he knew exactly what had happened, he said he would update the surgeon as he had asked to be kept in the loop and for photos of the wounds, a full hand over had been given which again just proves how caring and family orientated this surgery is and that animals are family not just numbers. Every member of staff we have seen on our post op checks have all said how worried they were about Thai and they were glad she was OK, which was lovely. Sophie handled our insurance claim with ease, which paid out almost instantly and I'm so greatful for her guidance with this one, she really is a star 🌟. To be honest I really can't fault this surgery. From start to finish the look and feel of the practice, to the staffs good caring nature, everyone played a part in making the procedure for Thai so simple, easy and most importantly stress free for me. This surgery truly is the best and I would 100% recommend everyone to support this independent veterinary practice. Thanks very much Kelly & Thai

I can’t praise Rowan House Vets highly enough, the love and care they’ve shown our Chocolate Labrador Max is amazing nothing is ever too much trouble. Max is a bit of star there as he’s got up to a lot of trouble but he’s so well looked after by everyone, he’s had several serious operations but the team do everything they possibly can to reassure you and you’re kept well informed every step of the way and you get 1st class aftercare. All the team are so very welcoming, Max gets lots of cuddles from everyone but especially from Sophie and Grace. Thank you all so much for all your help and expertise and especially the tea and sympathy we got for this latest episode with our boy.

Rowan House vets have always taken care of our fur baby from their previous premises and now this lovely setting. She has needed treatment over the years having had cancer… but has still made the milestone of 14 years (thank you)! RHV gives such a fab service, caring, knowledgeable, personal and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

We love Rowan House! I’m not going to say we are here often, monthly - but sometimes more. Rue (my dog) loves it here, she is treated like a VIP (VID? Very important dog!?) she knows all the staff, they greet her and give her cuddles and she smiles with excitement everytime we go! Honestly, the best vets we have ever been to! They give great service, they care, the staff is wonderful and honest, they treat us with kindness and respect. It’s not often that someone can say their dog enjoys going to the vet but she is excited to go, excited for the appointment and overall just loves to come here! I don’t blame her because I don’t mind taking her ☺️ If I could rate more than five stars I would.
