Companion Care (Norwich Hall Road) Ltd operates under the Vets4Pets brand and is described on its website as locally owned. The clinic presents itself as a fully equipped, in-practice hospital-style set-up (separate cat/dog wards plus isolation, in-house lab and pharmacy, and imaging including digital X‑ray and ultrasound), and reviews back up that it handles both routine and surgical work—examples include vaccinations, microchipping, and dog castration. Recent reviewers repeatedly mention staff taking time to explain options and answer questions, and one owner describes being kept updated during surgery day with photos during recovery. There is also a clear split in pricing perception: most reviews are very positive, while one recent reviewer warns about high medication and follow‑up costs.

Very friendly vets. The ladies Tori and Nora on reception were helpful as I was signing up for a new pet plan, and the Vet we saw explained everything thoroughly to us

I would like to say a huge thank you to Lina from Vets4Pets, Hall Road, Norwich. She has been an absolute pleasure to see with both of my cats, Jasper and Junior. She has supported not just my 2 cats, but also me, as I've been a blubbering reck both times. I cannot express my gratitude towards her but also the wonderful staff on the reception. Lina took the time to explain everything throughout, and supported both my cats with care that any pet owner truly deserve. Thank you.

Stephan never rushes you and takes as long as you need. All the reception staff are friendly. Nat and Emma on my last visit made me and my dog feel welcome and made a fuss of the dog and took time to have a chat with me and asked after her.

Both of my pets (cat and dog) are registered at Vets4Pets Hall Road, and we’ve always found the team great — but we’ve had an especially positive experience recently. My dog, Rafa, was castrated there a couple of weeks ago, and I was quite anxious leaving him for his procedure. The team kept me updated throughout the day and even sent photos of him enjoying lots of fuss in recovery, which really put my mind at ease. He was a little unwell in the days afterwards, but the team were so reassuring during our checkups. A special shoutout to nurse Chloe, who also looked after him on surgery day — it’s so clear how much care she gives to the animals. Rafa absolutely adores her and never wants to leave our appointments, which says it all! I’m so grateful that he now associates the vets with cuddles rather than fear — a true testament to how well he was cared for. Thank you to everyone at Vets4Pets Hall Road for looking after him so well!

Be wary of any follow up requests or anything really...they'll overcharge for everything. The medication my dog is on can be brought for a couple of quid, yet from them it's £30! Recommended I take my dog to a friend vet as he has better equipment...but will cost 3 times as much too, still with no guarantees. I feel they take advantage of owners love for their pets. Crazy money for little things.
