Lovely and welcoming receptionists. Only went for my dogs annual booster but the vet was very thorough and asked lots of questions about my dogs health and gave me information on the boosters, spaying and the pet health club, which I have now joined. Would recommend Chapelfield vets 100%

A great vetanary clinic. The staff are friendly and caring. They make a fuss of your four legged animals and the care they show the animals is 5*. Wouldn't change to any other vet.

Started using Chapelfield vets in Brooke when we got our rescue cat in 2021. Consultations with vets has been excellent and receptionists are always welcoming and helpful. Reception is spacious and doesn’t get too busy, so no concerns if you are still having to shield from Covid.

The veterinary part is service is great but customer service and reception need to quote or establish for clients costs so things are clear. Like area visits vs regular visit charge and if there are actual misunderstandings good customer service would compromise since both parties were not made clear of services cost. Makes a huge difference to clients. I left with sour feeling about bill which could have easily been resolved not oh well attitude.
