Absolutely no care for the welfare of animals. Called out of ours which is already costing an arm and a leg to be seen, had to be seen the next day for triage, we unfortunately couldn’t afford how much they were charging, don’t offer payments plans was only interested in the money during an emergency, sent us home with KY jelly and gloves to try and push his prolapse back in ourselves which is highly unprofessional. All staff are ‘in training’ and literally used Google to decide what to do when they couldn’t talk to an actual vet. Do not care for the health of the dog like they claim their love for animals, only care once they’ve been given £1000’s for something I can apparently do myself at home?! Do not recommend at all.

Quickly saw my dog, explained everything to me. Came away with some pain relief for her and food to settle the tum. All good

Our dog needed an echocardiogram and ECG, the vet was very caring, thorough and informative. He explained exactly what he was doing and what he discovered. Ensuring our dog was comfortable and calm while he completed the procedures. We came away feeling positive that we had an action plan and new meds which are working well. Would definately recommend Taverham Vets.

I would highly recommend Taverham Vets the service is second to none I have dealt with Taverham Vets for a number of years I would not go anywhere else when I lost my dog Bingo they had her cremated and gave me the ashes in a small box very dignified I can not thank them enough David Eglen

Excellent service. Unfortunate that they felt the need to charge £210 for a consultation which took less than a minute on a dog they were about to put down. Their masks must have been in the wash.
